Bodywork will remove physical and emotional problems stored in the muscles and in the connective tissue as deep as to the cells allover your body.
Meditation will lead you into deep body-mind awareness, relaxation and balance which again takes off stress and so gives the cells and so the whole organism a chance to regenerate and take up the original tasks. Meanwhile meditation is believed to be used as medicine. It is able to change your brains for more intellectual efficiency, optimizing the impulses for your physical and mental/emotional regulations, repairing stress damages and setting free new energy. It can also invite you to follow the way back towards completeness and health you were born with but have been hidden more and more by life.
Nutrition that is suitable for you will strengthen your organism and health and not poison it and so cause illness.
Life is based on physical activity, even in each cell. In case you are not able to be physically active as easily as you once were able to, I will show you what you can still do! With a bit of practise every day you will be able to see the progress after some weeks.
